REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before booking an inspection with JPlancarte Inspections.

INSPECTION FEE

Our inspection fee covers travel, OBD scan, and the test — pass or fail. The fee is always charged regardless of the result, even if CARB cannot accept the submission due to vehicle issues outside our control.

REINSPECTIONS

If your vehicle fails inspection, you may book a reinspection within 30 days at the discounted rate of $60. The original inspection report must be presented.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment, no fee will be charged. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a travel fee of up to $25.

For any billing concerns or disputes, please contact us directly and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
