By booking an inspection with JPlancarte Inspections, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

SERVICES

We provide mobile CARB emissions inspections (OBD scan + CARB compliance submission) for commercial trucks, buses, RVs, and heavy-duty vehicles in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles area.

PAYMENT

Payment is due after confirmation and before the inspector arrives. We accept Cash, Zelle, and Card. Our fee covers travel, OBD scan, and test — pass or fail — and is always charged regardless of result.

APPOINTMENTS

We will confirm your appointment via call or text within a few hours of your request. Please have your vehicle running and warmed up at the agreed location at the scheduled time.

CANCELLATIONS

Please cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a travel fee.
